I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the facilities. There were flies everywhere around the pool and dining area, which made the experience quite unpleasant. the breakfast was subpar, and the chef failed to make a simple egg properly. To top it off, the overall atmosphere felt bare and lacked the charm that was advertised in the photos.

Swimming pool water too salty!!! No personal snacks allowed poolside is a nuisance!!! At least provide a daily 1.5-litre water bottle to meet basic needs!!! Accessibility concerns with the incline require attention!!!

The beach is just a 10-min walk away. Scenic bike tours are nearby. Rooms are modern, clean, and well-stocked. Pool area offers stunning views and plenty of sun loungers, but the bar closes too early at 5 PM. The breakfast menu includes fresh, made-to-order items, which was a nice touch.

The stay at Osom was mostly enjoyable, but a few details stood out. The Deluxe Suite with Sea View provided stunning views and was beautifully maintained. The room had Elemi products, making for a luxurious touch. Housekeeping was on point, keeping everything spotless. I particularly loved how breakfast was cooked fresh to order, with plenty of options. The staff truly shone, especially Dorothy at the front desk, who offered great local tips and made the check-in seamless. The pool area was a highlight—clean, spacious, and carried a chill vibe with nice music playing. I appreciated the atmosphere there. the location on a steep hill can be tricky. it might not suit everyone. Even for those who are fit, the walk back can be tiring after a day out. The food prices at the pool bar felt inflated and kept me from enjoying meals there. lacking a proper area to refresh on late check-out day was inconvenient, relying on a poolside shower instead. I had a good time but feel attention to details—like shower facilities on departure days—could enhance guest experience further.
